I-80 north of Vacaville is 3 lanes in each direction made of concrete. A 500KV power line which is operated by Western Area Power Administration spans over I-80 which is part of Path 15 & Path 66 which bring energy from Canada to Los Angeles. Taken on Feb 19 2011
