I-5 reduced to 1 lane southbound. The next exit is #244, CA-119 to Pumpkin Center & Lamont. The concrete pavement at the right lane is being replaced with new concrete other than repaving with asphalt, resulting in heavy traffic congestion. Picture taken on Jun 30 2012

I-5 reduced to 1 lane southbound. Other than repaving the entire roadway with asphalt, the cracked concrete is being replaced with stronger concrete, resulting in lane closures and heavy traffic congestion. You can see trucks at the right of the road hauling away the old pavement. There were about a hundred of those trucks before I took this picture. Taken on Jun 30 2012
