Comfortable hotel. The room I stayed in was comfortable and modern but the common areas are starting to look a bit dated. Rooms generally face towards the "gardens"/atriums, which means you're facing the opposing wall of room windows. Which means generally keeping the curtains drawn. Good breakfast and fast and friendly desk service.

A lovely place, though pillows are too soft, like in all hotels. Also keep in mind that the "superior" rooms on the top floor can be noisy because of AC. The glass roof can make the top floor too warm in summer. Otherwise, a nice stay (no late check-outs in summer), decent breakfast, clean rooms.

Good location near railway station and city center. Some rooms are nice; especially the redecorated ones. Many rooms do not have an outside view but have windows facing the atriums. Breakfast was quite good. If you arrive by car, beware of the awful parking; they have way too few parking spots and charge you a fortune for those. Nearby public parking (300m heading north) was half the price and more accessible.

Clean and nice rooms and hotel area.
Very good location for city trips.
Well organized car parking service in the basement (by external company).
the breakfast is okay, nothing special. And my boyfriend complained they have no bacon! Very unusual in Norway.
The breakfast area itself is too small and very crowded.

As a traveler not used to the sun being up pretty much 24 hours while I was here (late May), I would have sincerely appreciated curtains that covered the whole window. Instead the edges are exposed and the room never fully darkened. Also the headboard in our room was lighted with no way to turn it off other than cutting the main power to the room... at which point you couldn't have the TV on or use most of the outlets. Very odd. The food was good at breakfast and it was otherwise clean and quiet and the front desk staff were kind and knowledgeable.
