4 stars because mostly they are amazing! Unfortunately I have had a different person massaging me every time (been there 4 times now) and I think it would make more sense to have the same person every time, so they know your body and how far in recovery you have come. The last time I was offered acupuncture as well (which was very good by the way!), but he left and started on a new customer and another person took over. Not a big deal, but considering the price it would be good to be followed by the same person all the way.
BIG BUT, they've changed my life and I'll be back every week!

May and her team of therapists (acupuncture and massage) are very skilled in restoring the balance after a stressful week. I highly recommend.

Have been to Tianlai several times. The service is great from you enter the door and are welcome by the great and hard working receptionist, to the therapists.
You feel welcome all the way, and they listen to your situation and "problems" to find the best possible solution and it works like a charm.
I love this place and the warm and genuine service I receive.
A must if you want real therapy massage, highly recommended.
