The steak has been overcooked at three occasions, and since you pre-pay, they refuse to bring out new food.
They don't accept table orders, and I requested a pitcher of water and some glasses, was told to order it in the bar, stood in line for 7 minutes, ordered, and the waitress I originally asked, came with the water.
An indication of its low quality, is how they give out "free black coffee"-vouchers to passers-by; a clear desperation-move
