This hotel was a wonderful quirky surprise! The rooftop restaurant has gorgeous views of the mountains and sunset. Food is good. The rooms are tiny (even the family rooms) so be prepared. Staff is friendly! There is a market next door where you can recycle bottles for cash and a gas station below the hotel. It's about a mile from downtown but easy to get to the light rail station.

Super comfortable and affordable hotel in the center of beautiful Bergen. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast is included and is high standard and very diverse. I would definitely come back when visiting Bergen again.

Comfortable modern hotel with everything you need. Close enough to city centre to walk but far enough away to still be quiet at night.

The Area for the Magic Hotel was kind of sketchy and the room itself was not too good. The washroom used a translucent door and the shower doors did not reach the ground meaning the floor was covered in water. The room did not have any kitchen area to heat food or refrigerate. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and there was an included breakfast

Very good value! The rooms are clean and modern -- with a very particular design language, that might not be everyone's taste, but I found it enjoyable. The breakfast is very good. You should know that daily housekeeping is not included in the price. I for one was completely fine with that.
