If you eat on ground floor, food as always are great. This time we choosed to have a dinner in restaurant on 1st floor with serving at the table, and there service was disapointing - waiter Kaspars didn't knew much about dishes they serve neither about the wine.
Besides service - food was great.

Best value for money.
Buffet with the most incredible selection of dishes: meat, fish, vegetarian...then desserts...
Problem is to avoid the temptation to try everything.
Spent €26 for two!
Nice atmosphere and often live music downstairs

Take time to leave the centre old town and come out to this venue. The food, beer and the warm welcome will make you feel brilliant. The 5% beers served in 1Litre tankards definitely have you feeling mighty fine...

It's just awesome! Either to bring kids and have a day out with them, either enjoy the day with group of friends or on your own, have a proper Latvian atmosphere as well as a mix of Latvian-British pub atmosphere. Can buy variety of souveniers. Great food and prices. Absolutely love the place

Every Lido I have been to I have been disappointed after visiting it.
The bad:
-The food: It is overcooked, bland in flavour, really salty, and the worst of all it's cold.
-The ambience : there are way too many people in one space. The tables layout makes it hard to walk in between them.
The good:
+The desert is fantastic! Especially cakes, they make them just right.
+ Staff is pleasant 5o interact with and forthcoming.
