Not pretty, but beautiful anyway. The Gananoque Generating Station built in 1939 has a 0.7 mw electrical output and is only seasonal. That is pure green energy, enough for about 500 electric kettles. Owned by Fortis Ontario Co. For comparison, Kingston Mills has an output of 1.9 mw., Jones Falls has 2.4 mw. of seasonal power. - Gananoque Seaplane Base fotogalleri
