Porcupines keep chewing any new growth on this tree killing the branches, but not the whole tree. There were many examples of this in the Gananoque Provincial Wildlife Preserve. It is their home turf, so accept it. Viewed in early April. - Gananoque Seaplane Base fotogalleri
