Good experience for first time horse riders. Very few wildlife to see. Safe environment for children.

I love Mukuvisi, great picnic spots, horse riding for the adults and kids and my favourite the nature walk in the wild, lots of animals to see. Has an out of town feel in town. Must visit!

Great place to relax and have the kids see wildlife without traveling out of the city. However, the activities are a bit limited so you may want to have other things lined up for the day as you won't spend more than 1 hour before you have seen it all. Unless you choose to take a horseback tour of the bush area, worth the while. Mountain bike trails are also one way of lengthening your time at the place. But overall a good place to relax.

Walking through this miombo woodland you see and hear scores of birds, and are lucky often enough to come across a small herd of impala, eland and very rarely the odd bushpig. I highly recommend this escape into nature, all within the Harare city limits. In a word: Transcendant.

An awesome natural place in the middle of the big city, wonderful views of Flora and fauna, has a very interesting bird aviary, beautiful just beautiful.
