The rooms are still spacious and comfortable but l expected the supplies that were available before hand towel, washing cap, note indicating we could order items such as toothbrushes, etc. They took long to attend to my room cleaning and we only got one complimentary bottle of water as compared to the two we used to get. The service was terrible except for Chingson who was very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff were clearly new and unprofessional because they were not sure what they were doing. They wanted to charge us twice for airport shuttle service we had already paid for prior to our arrival. The service was slow...waiting for 20mins to be served a drink and over 59mins to get the food. Last year we stayed here and we were satisfied but this time round we dying to leave and never come back.

Perfect hotel for relaxation after a few days on safari. The rooms are huge, good airconditioning and large beds. The outdoor swimming pool is great, enough sunbeds (although would be better if they were adjustable) and a nice restaurant next to it. Only the restaurant in front of the hotel should be better, service is good, but the food isn't always the best quality.

Luxurious place. Clean and quiet enough for a good rest. Staff are very professional and respectful. There is a continental breakfast. My first time in this hotel, but what a great stay. I have made this hotel my favorite one for future stays in Lusaka. Thanks to all staff from the hotel shuttle driver to those at the reception desk and the restaurant.

I have stayed here several times for business. The rooms are nice and spacious with a mini fridge, bathtub, shower, desk, good size TV and closet. The pool is nice and there are several places on campus to work outside or inside.
The concierge desk and staff are great, finding things for me to do when I have a weekend stays in town.
Not a fan of the resturant, a group of us who ate lunch together got a stomach bug. The Arcade Mall is across a very busy street from the hotel and has ATMs, grocery store, and several food options.
This is one of my favorite places to stay when in Lusaka.
