Great food, friendly service. We had the hamburger topped with mac and cheese and another topped with pull pork and Cole slaw. Next time I want to try the pulled pork. I hear it is really delicious.

We had lamb, pulled pork, chicken wings and a burrito bowl. EVERYTHING was awesome and it was affordable. Easily the best value that we found on the island. Service was excellent as well. Wow!!! We ate going back again!!!!

In A Nutshell:
-Off the Grid is an American-style eatery offering gourmet BBQ ribs & burgers in St. Thomas, USVI.
-Tucked behind beautiful tropical trees & enclosed w/ small shops you can relax on the open patio.
-There is a bar located in the middle of the patio, that you can sit at & order drinks/food.
-Try their Virgin Island "Island Hopper IPA" and nice ice cold Ball Jar of lemonade to cool off in the tropical heat.
-Order their Award Winning "Truffle-Bacon-Mac & Cheese Burger". Mac & Cheese on a burger is a NO BRAINER!
-Their "Smoked 'den Grilled Pork Spare Ribs" were pretty good, the Pain Killer BBQ sauce is very addicting.
-The "Caribbean "Caviar" is great name for their salad (corn, beans, green onions, sliced bell peppers).
-The "Spicy Rope Sausage" was also a good snack to check out.
Overall, this was a "pop up" style eatery that you'd find in many American cities.

Amazing food and amazing people! Chef made and delicious. And affordable! Super great live music often. A must do, early in your trip and you will be back. =)
