We got a spa package in a private room with sauna, jakutsi, end mud bath. Then we got a full body massage. All was beautiful, pure happiness!

We had experienced spa and bath there but the service and massagers were not very good. Two massagers serviced me and my friend were keeping talking with each other and not concentrated on their work. My friend and I didn't satisfy with their service attitude and profession. I won't recommend anyone for experiencing their spa especially the price was not friendly as well.

For a luxury hotel this wasn't! The bed was the hardest we stayed at during our time in Nha Trang and by far the worst breakfast. We went for breakfast at 8am and they ran out of bread, pastries, fruit etc. And they didn't seem to feel a need to replenish items. Then as we were eating we saw numerous hotel staff take plates of food for themselves to eat.... Not something I expect of a luxury hotel! For a better priced hotel and stay consider the Rosaka hotel around the corner!!
