This is a nice little park with a few walking trails that runs along the river. There are often groups doing yoga, vendors selling goods, boats for rent (low season @$5 per hour per person), and offers of $1 USD or 20,000 VND for transit across the river to the market.

When you go to it. You'll see it suitable with you. It's very beautiful when you see from Huế Dragon's boats. About 70.000 vn dong (~ 3,5 Dollars USD ) /one people/boat ticket. Staff very friendly.
