Very friendly staff (although they try and sell you their tours a little too hard), good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms with above average bathrooms.

The staff were incredibly helpful, sincere, and attentive from the outset, always asking after you and happy to provide any advice or information you might need. The room was splendid; very clean bathroom with complimentary toiletries, large and comfortable double bed, good views across the city, and a mini bar with complimentary tea, coffee and water. Some friends I met while travelling recommended this place, and I happily do the same for others.

We arrived at the hotel around noon. We were very tired at the time. But our exhaustion faded once the staff brang us a delicious platter of fruit with some lemon juice and two cold facewashers at no cost to us.
There was a cornucopia of food to choosr from the menu, there was also a large selection of drinks. You can order as much as you want, without incurring a larger number on the bill.
Our room was pricey, being US20 dollars. But it was well worth the price, as it was am amazing experience.
However, I would not recommend that you purchase the tour provided by the hotel. There are many other more affordable and at the same time, very enjoyable tours that can be booked around the city.

Conviniet hotel in hue. Walking distance (~20 minutes) from the market and citadel. The room is basic (not the greatest finishing). At the day we arrived the water was brownish but this was related to the water company cleaning pipes and resolved in about half an hour. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They helped us organized a trip to Phong Nah caves and recommended good place to eat at.
