This hotel was incredibly cheap for us and for good reason. Bed sheets had holes in them from cigarette burns the shower for some reason aimed directly across the tiny bathroom at the toilet and it's a bit out of the way of everything. A 5-10 minute walk to the nicer areas of the city.
