We enjoyed our stay. Tu, the receptionist is very accommodating & friendly. She always smiles & speaks well. Also Mr. Dai, is good & treats guests well.

Very friendly staff, the chief receptionist has the largest smile on her face all the time. Right in the centre of the backpacker district it's very convenient and not too expensive. You can ask at the front desk about anything, there is a BigC just around the corner where they will sell you most food and hygiene products including hair bobbles! The junior rooms aren't too small and are well designed with the fan just under the AC so the rooms cool very effectively. There is also free tea or coffee all day :)

Their room is small but cleaned, and the price is ok (I rented a standard couple room with about $11/day = 250,000 Vietnam Dong/day). Their staffs are very nice, polite and professional. The location is near by many restaurant and local grocery store. There are an elevator and a small restaurant inside the hotel, but they don't offer many kind of food. They also offer the clothe washing and ironing service with an acceptable price. If you want a standard hotel with a cheap price in the center of Hue City, this hotel is a good choice.
