“Warning: A thief works in this hotel - don't stay here”. I stayed at this hotel from Feb 12 to Feb 18. I lost everything at this hotel on Feb 16. They didn't want to call the police till I let them that I will call by myself. No responsible from the management, she didn't pick up the phone when i called to her. Very bad! Stay away!

Was informed that they had just renovated a month ago. Service was impeccable for a 3-star (could easily be a 4-star with the facelift). Massage was amazing and had a promotion of 50% off all spa services. Would definitely go to that lodging if I visit Hue again.

Really nice and helpful staff members. Always smiling and service minded. Relaxing atmosphere in the lobby with a nice smell from the spa. The staff members spoke English very well and helped us out with train tickets. The room had a nice design and was clean. Good breakfast buffet. The staff asked the guests when they came back if they have had a good time outside. These small details make the guest feel like they are seen by the staff. We also had a little accident on a motor bike, and the staff was really helpful and nice to us. We came a bit late for picking up our luggage before the train to our next destination, and the staff was almost worried on our behalf that we shouldn't catch the train, and got us a taxi really fast. The staff really seemed to care for us as guests. Recommended.
