Cost me a 100,000 dong to realize the place was too loud. Checked in, laid in the bed with no shoes and in my clothe. Could hear outside, the A/C unit and every foot step and echoing voice from inside. Gathered my things and went downstairs 15-20 min after check in. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come downstairs at 6pm at night. She charged me 100,000 dong cause I laid in the bed. It’s not about the money, just the principle. So if you stay here, bring ear plugs.

Staff are friendly, average value for money in vietnam, good for halong bay. East to find for our taxi driver. Vietnamese food close by. bedroom was good and clean. We had a small balcony out into the street on floor 2.

Good value for money, didn't spend much time in Halong bay apart from the accommodation. Had a neat balcony overlooking the street and the hotel staff were friendly :)

Good location for booking a day trip to Ha Long Bay. Clean rooms. Bathroom wasn't great considering the higher price (dirty shelves / blocked drain).

The room was comfortable in general and was amazing value for money. We traveled on from there and got much worse experiences for twice as much money. The location is pretty central and the bathroom had a hairdryer which was nice. I think it gets quite noisy during the day but Halong Bay is where you should be spending your time, not the room :)
The shower was extremely inconvenient to use and smelly too. It was the only bad thing about this accommodation. The staff even smelled a scented candle in the room :)
