If you're looking to get off the street and still have a view of the hustle and bustle from a beautiful vantage point then this is the spot. It has a beautiful shady balcony upstairs with fans to keep cool on the midday heat. I can't comment on the food as I just had drinks. The fruit juice was delicious and reasonably priced.

Lovely upstairs balcony area to relax and watch the world go by. We only took drinks this time, so can't speak for the food yet. Attentive service staff, prices inline with expectation for the setting.

Edit: in the evening, for drinks, I stand by the above.

In the day time, service is appalling. Utterly inattentive service staff. I ordered the stock Vietnamese beef noodle soup, delivered without condiments.

Serving staff spoke zero English, but I eventually communicated the need for fish sauce, chilli sauce, etc. Waiter came back ten minutes later with bowls of ketchup and fish sauce. No spoons to dispense them though. The dish would have been ok (only ok), with the proper condiments.

Bottom line: nice place for drinks in the evening, avoid like the plague during the day. Maybe the culinary experience improves in the evening also, I will never know.

European food was shocking - food was overpriced as was the beer. Had to pay 25% extra for rice. Vietnamese food was good but overall a disappointing meal

Great views of cathedral from balcony, quaint decor, friendly and great service. Food offers wide selection of Vietnamese and European. Very tasty

Great view of the cathedral through their Bougainvillea from the three tables on the balcony. Nice drinks. Free WiFi. Didn't try the food.
