We thought this was a really good hotel with the most helpful staff. Any problem we had, they solved. Ordered us takeaways etc.

Had our own WIFI router in the room which was super fast, fresh linen daily, showers were hot.

We were in a noisy room at the front of the hotel and when we complained they temporarily moved us into the only room they had available (a single room), then the day after they moved us into a quieter room.

The only thing I could think that needed an improvement was the breakfast which was quite poor, eggs and toast always majorly overcooked.

Would highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staffs. Room is clean. Staying at 8th floor with city view.

In general it wasn't too bad but totally overpriced for what you get. Staff's English was bad, breakfast was poor! Rooms are not anything like they look in the pictures.no Wi-Fi in the room. Door to the toilet is made out of glas, no matter how close you are with your partner you kinda like a little privacy there. They tried to doublecharge us at check out. For this money you can get WAY better hotels.
