Great experience, Awesome staff, average english. good location not far from the centre of old quater, pool was refreshing and room and bathroom clean. Over all great experience and great value for money.

Cozy and clean.
Staff is nice enough. The bunk bed room was nice and cleaner than most places in the $10-15 price range for two people. Plenty of places to hang out and enjoy the free coffee and WiFi. Didn't go in the pool, but hey, it's got a pool. Would certainly recommend this place if you can snag a cheap room.

It was central, there was a 24hr front desk which was good as we arrived at 3am. Breakfast has good selection. Free coffee and tea 24/7. Quite a nice design communal area. Rooms we had were tiny, I.e just a bed wall to wall and no windows or other space,(after staying in HCMC for less cost we had a massive room with balcony, fridge and bathroom so were quite shocked by the difference) the pool was broken, breakfast a bit expensive. The main complaint was that there is a tour salesperson at the front desk and we were given misleading information about a tour package we bought, we were told that it would be sleeping on a boat but it was in a hotel, then on the tour the tour guide missed out things that were on the list, even saying caves were closed for renovation but we saw other people going in.

Of all the hard beds in Vietnam this hotel was a nice treat near then end of my trip. Hotel lobby and staff were all great. Had a small room with comfy bed, fridge, TV, and nice shower and toilet. Don't need to spend much time in the room so I was pleased with my stay. Quite at night too.
