Good breakfast, very good service, well kept rooms, i stayed in the dorm room. Nothing fancy but was definitely decent.

Great staff, helpful with putting together tours. Tasty breakfasts. Fast internet. Really helped me out with my food poisoning while I was in Hanoi.

We stayed here as a family twice during our visit to Vietnam. The complimentary breakfast was one of the better that we have had while on our travels. The rooms are well appointed with good bunk beds and TVs with good channel options for English speakers.

The wifi speed was OK but would lock up occasionally.

Staff were very helpful.
