The staff is very friendly and accommodating, rooms are a nice size for a reasonable price. They are very welcoming and helpful, especially Peter, and the hotel is in a great location, right next to all of the best street food, good coffee shops, and several vegetarian restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff but accommodation was not clean. The place is rundown a bit (cracked door frames and dusty in the corners). Location is quite central to the night market (just around the corner) and other attractions (about a 20 min walk from most attractions).
