They were absolutely wonderful...friendly, kind staff, tasty breakfasts, very clean, great cleaning staff, cable movie channels are great, good air con...the staff bend over backwards...Excellent customer service there...would definitely stay there again, not flash, not brand new, but many other positives at Brandi Hotels

the service is ok . at least you want to change to anther no smoking room they will help you.

I've stayed this hotel for 1 week, that's the first time i've ever come to Hanoi for travelling, so i worried so much about choosing hotel for staying. But finally, i chosen Brandi hotel and not disappointed. Hotel was clean, room was comfortable and buffet breakfast was so good. Hotel's staffs consulted me many places to go for visiting and i enjoyed so much. Thanks all of you and hope to see you when i come to Hanoi next time.

I enjoy my stay at this hotel.the room with nice mattress,I also enjoy a few coffee shop near hotel, good staff with nice smiling .wifi in hotel is strong and you have not any issue accessing internet within hotel
