One of many luxury restaurants in Hai Phong, cant really complaint about the food since they are so good (but EXPENSIVE). It is generally a place for locals to treat their business partners or celebrating/partying once in a while. There is also a massage area inside the place with reasonable price. Book in advance on public holidays.
