A/C turned off at 10 pm without prior notice. The staff is not exactly helping, I purchased tickets online with credit card but somehow they have no records of my order and the cinema got full ... have to go to other place with frustrated!

This place is a disgrace. The cinema sells tickets at 10pm+ but they turn off the air conditioning ! The cinema feels like an oven it was horrible experience. Never go there again, these Vietnamese people are barking mad and totally inconsiderate of their customer's comfort.
