Terrible Service!
I called them before I go to ask for tour trip, after giving the information, when I go with driver, they charge me much higher and blame the price they give me on the phone was giving be no one.
I asked them to ask the lady at the time I call, they said she already off her work, and it was just 2 hours ago?
After all, I have to pay 300,000VND higher than they told me. The point is they didn't tell me before I get on the car though I told them that I take tour trip, they only told me when the trip is done.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I DIDN'T EVENT GET ANY RIGHT EXPLANATION???????
