An iconic square in Caracas. Long time ago it used to be a driver student challenger if they passed through it road without any issue you were ready to get the driver license. Now it has combination with music and water fountain.

it is beatiful place in Caracas, an iconic area, the security is bad, but if you want to take a picture, you can go early at morning with company with someone.
