Nice hotel, good food, not organised very well but staff are generally willing to help. They seem to have a lot of functions which take precidence over the guests' requirements.

Staff is nice. Rooms have no air conditioning. 31c in room upon arrival. Told to open windows because hotel has turned off air conditioning. Wifi connection is fantastic. Bring money, the exchange office staff in hotel isn't as friendly as a KGB agent.

* Room had almost no window, facing emergency stairs. Needed electricity even on a sunny day.
* Don't exchange money in this hotel, they are cheating you! I would only go to Tashkent again by force, it's not a pleasant city to visit.
