Premium location, but a big building is being constructed just in front of it, blocking view and making lots of noise.

Very simple place, clean and small. The breakfast is very disappointing. Basically it's just to have a coffee and a piece of bread or a fruit. Not the usual banquet that some hotels have. Moreover, only hot air conditioning is available. So, if you're sweating (like me when I was there), then you open the window and hope for the best. The room also doesn't have a fridge in the standard option.
There's a supermarket right next to it and the location is indeed great.

Rooms are clean and tidy. No frigobar in the rooms. Well located and very accessible.
