I have been going to the Steinhauser Agency for 2 years now and they always have the answers to my questions. Their staff is wonderful as well.

Every time I call, Jeanette answers and she's always been very accommodating with sending me stuff. I got a speeding ticket and didn't have proof of insurance but she emailed me my cards over right away I mean she's really good.

I have auto, motorcycle, and homeowner insurance with the Steinhauser Agency and I really think the world of Jeanette. She's definitely more proactive than anyone I've worked with in the past.

I like having my insurance though Steinhauser Agency, Inc. Working with Alan makes me feel like I am more than just a number and more than just another client. He has taken the time to get to know me and form a relationship with me. He doesn't treat his work like an assembly line. I like that we have the ability to take some time to sit down and talk about all of the different coverage that is available to me and what will work best for me.
