I normally don't get upset but after so many years of being with amfam, I never expected to be lied to or treated so terribly. I switched agents and ended up with Paula Gilliam. At first it seemed okay, but months down the line I found I had made a big mistake switching to her. Paula Gilliam's customer service skills for lack of a better word are atrocious.
