Dr Jaio, is one of the best veterinarians out there. He knows what he is talking about. He’s has taken care of all my babies past and present for years. I trust no one else in the area. Thanks to the Sr and his staff.

I brought my dog in after making the decision to put him down, the staff was nice & briefly talked to me about other options. At the time I was convinced that it was the best thing for him, when I got to speak to the vet about it, I could barely get a word in, he spoke so fast, cut me off before I could finish a question, was not compassionate AT ALL & I felt like he was rushing me out of the office. There were 4 other pet owners waiting to be seen at the exact same time as my appointment so I guess that is why he was rushing me, iv been to his office a few times before & it was always the same routine, waiting for at least 30 mins, then being rushed through my appointment in about 5 mins with no clarity on anything. He does not give you a chance to ask questions or express concern, he just tells you what he needs to so that you can pay more money for unnecessary testing that I doubt he even pays attention to. The person who gave my dog the shot to put him to sleep was not personable at all, it happened so fast & he did it so casually that it made me sick, it was so rushed that I did not even get a chance to say goodbye to my pup. It has been haunting me every day since , that I did not get a chance to say farewell to my sweet baby & I regret going to this office, if you are looking for someone who cares about your pet & wants to make sure you understand & leave the office confident in what the vet tells you & provides for your pet DO NOT COME HERE! I am Persuing a degree in the veterinary field now & I can honestly say that all this facility cares about is how much money they can squeeze out of concerned pet parents who put all their trust in the vet & it just isn't right. They bite off way more than they can chew, trying to get as many patients seen in one day as they possibly can so that they can make more money, & because of that your pet will not get the attention that they need, nor deserve. Someone needs to open up a practice in the same area as them so that they will have more compassion & stop being so money hungry. If you want to be over charged & rushed while they are over charging you, then this is the place to go. Many of these reviewes are good, & I honestly do not understand how. Every time I visit this office it is the same thing. Maybe I'm just going on the wrong days if the week.

Dr. Jiao is an amazing vet. To all my dogs. Always helpful and gets you right in for help for my dogs. I have been going to him for 9 years. No complaints with him. Hes always very busy and always helps me and my sister out. Fondly janet settos and jeanne cooper.

There is no vet like Dr. Jaio. I have moved out of the area but have traveled to him just for his opinion on my dogs. He has a gift- it's as simple as that. He does not make you go through countless tests unless he see's it to be necessary (and worth it)... he is honest and EXPERIENCED. My beloved pug, Norma Jean, was diagnosed with cancer. He answered every phone call for over a year with countless advice and patience. My current rescue, Bear, also has cancer. Once again he has been an angel to us. Thank you for all that you do!!!!!!!!
