I have brought my cats and dogs there and I like the staff and the vets are great

They are always busy and never have an appointment available unless you wanna wait 1 month. So therefore if your dog, cat etc are sick they tell you to go to he emergency vet to pay 300$ out of pocket.
What's the point? Take care of your current customers and stop accepting new ones. Because clearly you don't have enough staff!

Always very helpful. Have used Banfield for 8 years for both our dogs and cat. Huge savings in preventative care. The only thing they don't let you know is that if you have a pet that is deceased you have to pay the monthly fee until the annual renewal or what you spent in actual expenses for care. Unfortunately our dog died and I have to continuing paying for her for an additional 7 months. Otherwise I like this place a lot.

This place is an absolute joke I had an EMERGENCY with my dog today and I was told that I can not bring him in they were way too busy giving shots and they would NOT take care of my dog how disgusting is that what kind of vet conducts business like that ? I thought that's what I pay insurance for but I guess not I called them at 12:10 pm today they close at 4:00pm
I will definitely be calling first thing in the morning and cancelling your bullshit insurance that only takes care of my dog when it's convenient for you ..... YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES AND YOUR LACK OF ETHICS...
And by the way he has 2 slipped discs ....
