I only called because I was in a jam, my Uber app wasn't working and another taxi company told me they were backed up. The driver did come quickly, but the car was smelly and oddly covered in towels, leading me to believe it wasn't clean. I was charged double what I would have been charged with Uber. They didn't give me a quote over the phone. The driver didn't seem to know the area at all. If I hadn't known the directions, I don't know what would have happened.

Absolutely ridiculous fee... $18 to go from 3 miles!

There timing is bad it took 40mins to get to me when the dispatcher says 15to 20 ,and so expensive just to go to next town over. A Englewood taxi is cheaper than the local taxi

I called today, to get a quote for my trip in December, first of all Customer service horrible, do not call they gonna answer you like they know you rudely. When I said Hello the answer that I got was what do you want?, this is how you treat your customers? And the person that answer said I was calling from another cab company to find out their prices, so I hang up the phone because it was disrespectful, got me mad and he had the nerve to call me back to argue the same thing. I would not call to a place like this ever again. I hope people can read this and somehow relate. Bad company, Bad customer service won't call not even to ask for a price.

Recently i have make trip to airport great service afordable , royal cab limo have grerat service clean and reliable cars , recommended for if you have plan for log trip
