Nice service for quick ride home on workdays and friendly guys; one suggestion: I wish some of them were waiting on other side of station or opposite end of train for rainy days; also would be nice to be able to pay up front for certain amount of rides so that could use even when not carrying cash!

I take a cab a few times per month, price ranges 5.50 to $ 6.50, which is fine, however every driver doesn't know where my street is and I have to tell them and it's really not far. Today I get the car and they tell me it's $12 for the fair, so I said I walk. That's attempt to violate the customer. Poor business practice no wonder there's only two star reviews ...,

I have used this cab company many times. I'm not kidding when I say this; the man in control of disbatching the cabs is by far the rudest person I've ever dealt with in the customer service industry. On Wednesday February 15th at 11 a.m. whoever wAs working was a complete liability to there service. I can't believe the people who own bronxville cab don't care who works the phone there. I'm disgusted with this place now. The guy was rude, disrespectful, and nasty on the phone. It's funny cause I actually wanted to take a cab there and ask to speak with the owner or manager or get the owners number. That is how unjustifiable I was treated.

I tried these guys and am sorry I did. The car was a mess but much more importantly, the driver was insane. Twice, we came within inches of a major collision. He was driving like a madman, weaving all over the lanes and forcing other cars off the road. He also didn't know where he was going -- took us all around Robin Hood's barn to get home from the airport. NEVER AGAIN! Avoid these guys at all costs.

Only used them once - a ride home from the supermarket. The cab came pretty quick and the driver was nice and helped me get my load of groceries into the lobby of my building, but the dispatcher needs to work on his customer service skills.
