None of the treadmills work. Half of them have a "Service is Scheduled" sign and the other half just won't start OR let you begin you're workout but the decrease speed and emergency stop buttons do not work. Extremely dangerous. There is ONE set of 15 pound weights that is always unavailable. By 8pm there is no paper towels. Also the personal trainers truly bully people into obscenely expensive contracts.

It's literally the worst gym you can go to. Just in terms of the basic necessities, there are none or just not working.
- The machines are broken to the point that they just simply don't turn on or there are other machines with exposed cables.
- There was a hanging metal exit sign just holding on to one cable above a door for a months.
- There is never any soap or paper towels. Most basic thing ever!
- There have been toilet stalls with an out of service sign for months now.
- The hand and machine sanitizers are never filled. And don't get me started on cleanliness, or lack thereof. It's a Petri dish in there.
Along with the overfilled hormonal and testosterone in the gym for the guys and girls that just go here for looks and the instagram wanna be models hoarding machines for the longest I think that 24 hour fitness they are building is looking mighty fine at this point.

This gym has newer equipment and is kept clean for the most part. The sales people are way to pushy and all they want to do is to sell memberships. I get it, but c'mon guys, I can see how people get turned off. Also parking situation isn't the best, half the time the staff tell me that the validation card machine is broken. One time I tried it myself and it worked. Guess they are just lazy! !

Ok so I signed up 2 days ago and so far so good, until today. With your membership you get what's called a VIP guest. The woman that signed me up asked me repeatedly if I wanted to add someone, they will have access to the gym for 2 weeks free for them. I said no, that I didn't know anyone. So today I was thinking of inviting a friend so I went into the app and discovered a VIP guest was added, a person who I've never even met. Come to find out that the woman that signed me up added her friend to my account as a VIP guest. Thanks Yvette!

The staff seem moronic and disinterested. First time there. The equipment and facility was clean. Lots of men ogling women the usual meat locker attributes.
As we were leaving the female front desk attendant, Serene, heard my friend and I talking about returning to the car to retrieve the ticket. She appeared clueless, and when validating the card, never noticed the time on the parking ticket, yet placing such interest to validate the card---only for us to be charged for parking because the validation is only good for 2 hours at Ridge Hill.
