Awesome new hot yoga studio in Tenafly! Thara, the owner, has created a warm and welcoming studio. The space is beautiful and immaculate, the teachers are fabulous, and the classes offered are great. There are many different classes to choose from, depending on what type of workout you're looking to get, and they lend themselves perfectly to both the beginner yogi and the very experienced. If you're interested in trying hot yoga for the first time, this is the perfect place to do it.

From the moment you step foot into Fire Shaper Tenafly you feel the "zen". Thara, the studio's owner, has created a beautiful, welcoming environment for all. From experienced yogis to those who have never taken a yoga class before, any apprehension is left at the door and you finish each class energized and excited to come back for more.

I had my first class, Blaze and it was awesome. It was 90 minutes and I enjoyed everything from the structure, atmosphere, facility and instructor! I recommend to all my yogis to check out for yourself. You will be satified to become a regular:)

Awesome all body and mind workout. Great body cleanse. Owner's personal touch provides a complete healthy lifestyle guide. Facility is well designed with all amenities.

I found the studio so welcoming. The atmosphere and people make you feel so good. The instructors make you feel that they care about your level of experience. I would recommend Fire Shaper of Tenafly studio to anyone who would like the experience of doing yoga. I am definitely going to recommend the studio to my friends.
