The only thing about this company insurance never goes down always 1 or 3 dollar's up every 1 or 2 months

Every month the bill just increases even though you have been a loyal customer with a clean license. When I called to find out why there was such an increase in every billing cycle the excuse is always "NYS Tax, or the rates went up". I was so unhappy I decided to change. Every time you go to the office there is always new staff. It is very frustrating. I got a much better quote elsewhere and am extremely content.

Just have to say that from the first phone call to meeting in person, my experience was excellent!. My agent was Richard Arana, he explained everything to me and provided me with all the options available to get the lowest rate possible and I did. Thank you very much Richard! I honestly recommend you give him a call.
