I’ve here 2 times by emergency room and they have take care of me right away. They have nice staff working as a team, really friendly and I didn’t have to wait that long only 1-2hrs is better than nothing. I seen all this bad comments and is really sad seen this. But what I seen is totally opposite of all those bad comments. Hope this help to others but so far I don’t have no complaints about this hospital/emergency.

The Wost! Emergency Room Ever. I nor any of my relatives will ever be back here. Terrible service, they barely get there job done. Rather talk and laugh among each other's. Took the doctor nearly 4 hours to cheack on his patient. To only repeat what the nurse had already said 1hour prior.

the clinic in South Broadway is the worst some of the MD`s they push on you to get blood work just for maintenance,even if you are as healthy as can be, very unprofessional, the wait is at least 4 hours before you can be see by student MD,the staff can`t even do their job right they keep sending bills to you when I have private insurance,which I pay $20.00 copayment,my Insurance takes care the rest,but no it tooks 3 months for this people to finally get it right, they don`t even tell you that blood work is $500.00 from your pocket, if you have Government medicare,thank`s God I have private insurance,any way if you go there bring food and a small cooler with drinks because you will be there 3 to 4 hours before you get seeing and another 1 to get treated plus the time it gets to get your prescription,DR assalos is very nice DR she knows her stuff but other DR give you appointments and they never show up,so they want you to see a different DR,I just never went back to get the results of the blood work that's how bad that clinic Runs,the worst in New york state.

The care in hall 2 staff is exceptional! Nurse Diana always came on time with my medicines. She would make me feel better and calm me down with her smiles and sense of compassion. Paulina (retired now) welcome my daughter, gives her smiles! Putting my moma at ease.:-)! Nurse Howard always makes the best ice water, offering comfort, and assuring me of my family's love for me. Amudo gives me motivation with his name alone... Cuby brings laughter and humor to all circumstances. South, when I think of South, i am filled with knowing he really cares. The art lady, so pretty! ,,I still color, paint, write, and draw. Thank u all so much for helping me know that home is insi
