I really hope they did but I did not see them wash their hands or use hand sanitizer even once before touching my child. Also, they do not offer any sort of pain relief, or numbing before doing procedures such as taking blood. I know it's easy to get used to the day to day of a job but a crying child is still a crying child. I saw little compassion from the assistants (not sure if they were nurses or medical assistants). They only seemed concerned with getting their job done, did not seem particularly concerned about how they were treating my child...

Loved the experience every time. Friendly staff, always kind & helpful & gives the best care always!!! Love love love!!!

I've taken my 3 year old here twice and both times were pleasant. Front desk, doctors, and nurses are all nice and professional. They always answer all questions you have and I've never waited more that 10 mins. Great place to take your little ones.

By far the best best PM pediatric facility. Every one is extremely friendly and professional. They see patients very quickly and always have given my kids the attention and care they needed. Thank you for all that you do for our little ones.

I've taken my 6 year old daughter there twice already. It's a very clean, fun, unique place to go. All their staff are so very nice and make you feel welcomed. The doctors there care about their patients and are straight forward and honest. I reccommend this place to anyone.
