i made an appointment w a gastronentroligist and when I went in for the apt they tell me the gastroenterologist isn't in on Thursdays. Then why make the apt? FINE so they gave me another one... theres a lot of diversity in the offices, ive been to both locations in yonkers... however they have people who barely know any English. I decided to go and see another doctor because I felt the doctors here were not really finding the solution I need a release of medical records... n the girl in charge speaks lik NO English, n doesn't do her job, this has been a nightmare, I feel lik I am on an episode of PUNKED, its ridiculous, go to another doctor, that's what I am doin, the front desk is worthless and makes the experience a waste n makes u not even wanna bother seeing the doctors

The doctors are very good and act professional/ have a good manner. The FRONT desk, not so much. Have been left on hold for 15+ minutes just for a basic appointment. Not a great manner when at the front desk either, in the Yonkers office across from the Car Wash. Doctor I saw, Gerdis, is very thorough and pleasant.

I went again a second time and I have no idea what all these reviews are saying. DOCS is great! Staff is polite and helpful and the drs. are all wonderful people

Great to have DOCS close to where I live. Can walk in anytime and see my specialist. One reason to live on Central Ave. Have been a patient for over 10 years with great satisfaction

I don’t usually write online reviews, but I just have to share my experience with this place.
I made an appointment to see the urologist through the phone. I confirmed the appointment for an specific day. The day of the appointment, they said I never made an appointment. How is this possible? I spoke with them on the phone. Fine, I said, not a big deal. They made another appointment for another day.
The day of the appointment, I bring all of my papers (insurance card, and referral from my primary). They said that my referral is not valid and that I need to change my primary to theirs. Why do I need to change my primary? I have a referral and I should see the doctor with my referral. I took my insurance and my referral and I just walked away.
