Easily the worst Wendy’s in the city. I love the Vanilla Frostys and sometimes I’d randomly get a burger when I get my late night frosty and every single time the burger is cold and the bacon is so hard it actually hurts my teeth. So I obviously stopped ordering food for a while and tonight when I got my frosty I decided to get a jr bacon cause it’s been a while and absolutely nothing has changed. Burger is ice cold with rock hard bacon. This location needs to just close down so something good can utilize the space...

OMG, this place needs some serious customer service training. I pulled up in the drive thru and didn't even get a greeting, I didn't know if the speaker was broken or what. I didn't get a "thank you for choosing wendys"or even a "I'll be right with you". After waiting for about 5 minutes I just pulled up to the window and told employee that I wasn't sure if speaker was broken, employee didn't even apologize. Haven't been back.

Bad service ...the kids who work here are rude..they never give me the right order... The drive thru is a nightmare ...park ave is much more put together

Seems to be on a decline. Used to be reliable and amazingly fast. Now not as good as up the road on rt. 20
