It was a bumpy and turbulent process dealing with scheduling and front desk answering staff . If you want bar room brawl, this place will make you feel right at home . With the lack of sensitivity training of their non- clinical personnel, I chose to cancel my appointment and take my business elsewhere . ( I’m afraid to learn what’s behind closed doors after a battle with the frontline .

I dont recommend anyone to go there. Thier coustmer service is horrible. The doctors walk in to the room without even saying Hi, its like walking into a zoo. The equipments are very old, thier like from WW1. To get an X-ray of your teeth, they go to a diffrent room to click the button.

When i was looking for a Dentist in Worcester,Ma i found Lincoln Dental and read everything on there web. page EXCEPT the reviews i missed that part now i am going back and forth with the management Paula . I originally went there for a new upper denture plate and a partial for the bottom ,they tried to talk me into removing 7 of my bottom front also but i insisted that wasn't going to happen so from there they took my impressions and when they came back i looked in the mirror they handed me and said it doesn't look like i have any upper teeth in they were so tiny like there was no Gum line i said to the dentist this isn't what they are supposed to look like .I chose Lincoln dental because of the things they wrote on how they will give you a beautiful natural smile and that's not what they did the dentures were so paper thin that you could actually see right thew them . I asked what are these temporary the upper plate? they said no these are permanent by that time the assistant was in the little room that they do the dental work in and then the manager Paula came in also and all 3 of them with the Dentist were telling me they look great ,yes they look very good on you ,i am 53 years young and i have had dentures for many years now and i told them look at my original denture plate and the Gum line there was a huge difference ,i felt like i was cornered with them saying over and over they looked fine then Paula said you cant see some peoples teeth when they smile and again i looked and talked like i had no teeth in so i hurried and took them out and took my own upper plate and started crying and left crying . I wanted a new upper plate and a new bottom partal made at the same time so they matched up and so the bite would match up to be able to chew food properly . later a few days i called and asked Paula if they were going to fix this and she said if i would give them the chance they would fix them so i went back talked to the dentist again telling her what i wanted fixed about them that they needed to add a lot more Gum line to bring the teeth down so when i would smile you could see that i have teeth in my mouth OK so again she took another impression and at this point the dentist was very annoyed at me she said and showed me the paper that she wrote the instructions on that was sent to the place that make the dentures ,it was like she showed them to me as if she was saying it wasn't her fault that they were not made right it was the place that makes them that didn't follow her instructions and again they came back and it looked like they may have put a very very thin layer on top ,the dentist at this point when they came in i sat in the chair she came in and took the dentures out of a plastic bag ran them under a little water then put them in my mouth no cleaning them from were ever and who ever had there hands all over them and as she put them in my mouth she handed me a mirror and was gabbing with her assistant about a dress that one of them had ordered for a wedding and the dentist handed me the paper work and said bring it up to the desk . I have given enough chances to say the least and this is not even all that happened there my daughter also went to have all her upper teeth out and wanted a full upper plate and a partial plate and she is only 28 they made hers and when she came out she looked like she had really bad bucked teeth a bad over bite and i tried to show the same dentist that i had a picture of her when she had beautiful straight teeth and the dentist didn't want to even turn her head to look so they attempted to fix hers also and here we both are trying to get Paula to release the money back to our insurance because of shoddy work from either the dentist or were they send it ,one or the other . but with talking to Paula she said to give them another chance to make it right and it didn't happen to me or my daughter Amanda . I will write again to say if Paula the manager of Lincoln Dental if she releases my and my daughters money back to our insurance co. in FULL or not .

Only care about money. Just moved to Worcester so had to get a new dentist. Claimed I had 8 cavities when I've never had tooth pain and said they needed to redo a cap which had nothing wrong with it. I asked for the teeth numbers to get checked out by someone else and refused to tell me. Went to another dentist because I always take care of my teeth and was just seen at another 6 months prior who said I had nothing. The new dentist said no cavities, just minor decay in a FEW spots to be monitored.
