Completely disappointed ! My mom paid $5,000 cash for my braces up front, got my retainer and my purse was stolen two months after getting my braces off, I could not afford their $500 fee and went to another lab to get my retainer made for half the cost and since then they refused to see me as a patient again, not to mention the racist secretaries who were rude to my mom for her trouble speaking English to them.
