I frequent this location (mostly drive thru) and it is a great spot to get a NC BBQ meal. The service is fast and friendly. The food is always fresh and super tasty. I highly recommend!!!

The chicken at Smithfield's is the BEST! Even better than the Bar-B-Q! Very friendly staff and ALWAYS super fast service. Reasonably priced too. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

The chicken is good and the fries are good. Place was clean and the staff was friendly. The so called BBQ is not what you are led to believe. It taste like is was cooked in an oven and drowned in vinegar. Now that is me I just don't like vinegar. There is no BBQ smell either like in other places around that you can actually smell the wood. Would I go back? Yes for the chicken but not for the baked pork.
