For the second time my husband has ordered flounder and has gotten sick i called them after i got him home and they did not seem to care or want to make it right. Never going back. They claim its fresh but i was told they get it freeze it and have to use it within three days. Which if isn't thawed properly turns to straight poison. All the seafood is fried all in the same grease. Over priced for this nonsense

The place has great tasting food. Hot and fresh. I will give it that. But very expensive and for $14.95 I got one small piece of flounder and maybe a handful of shrimp and a handful of hush puppies and the corn on the cob was a small nibbles size at that, and no baked potatoes were served there! What??.... Four a family of 4 we spent over $70 and still couldn't find where the extra 15 to 20 dollars went bc gratuity was only supposed to be applied to parties of 6 and more... we only had four of us. I would NOT recommend going here bc of the prices. And the staff didn't have a really great personality to them either. The establishment itself shouldn't be anything worth the money spent.

You have to come here to try their Calabash style seafood. It's the best I've had in Wilmington and I'd say is even better than any of the restaurants in downtown Calabash. I know, 'thems are fighting words', but it's true. It hasn't been super busy the few times I've come, but their seafood is always fresh, scalding hot (in a good way) and comes out prepared when you order. Definitely my new go to place in Wilmington.
