I saw a trucker stop his truck in the median to go get his food. So I figured if he was willing to do that the food must be good. I ordered hotdog burger and fries. I finished it all off in 15 minutes. The food is delicious and the people are very friendly.

This is a great stop for really good hot dogs and cheeseburgers. Their French fries and fried apple pies are the perfect comfort food. They have a varied menu but I stick to the ones I know and love. Economical - Fed two (minus drinks) for less then $9.00. It may be the last of the old style drive-ins left in North Carolina. I've been coming here for at least 30 years and I've never been disappointed. Do bring cash as this a cash only business.

This place has been here forever and their model keeps working. Excellent food, great friendly service, this is what a hometown spot is supposed to be. Recommend the bbq, chick filet combo, burgers, never had a bad meal here
