Showed up at 10:15 and it was still not open with an opening time of 10:00. I put a song in at 10:30 and watched regulars sing up to three times and still was never called up. As I was leaving at 12:30 I stopped at dj and he said I may be up in 3 more songs. I have been singing for years in many places and have never had such an outsider experience. I will not be returning. Bartender was nice.

The atmosphere and karaoke night is cool but I had a very bad experience once. It was raining out and, no kidding, the ceiling leaked water into my beer when I was sitting in the stadium seats. Also I left my card there but when I went back numerous times over the next few days to get it, it wasnt there. When I called the manager he said they cut it because of a policy of holding cards for a few days but it was only a few days because someone took it with them instead of leaving it at the bar... strange experience. Cool place.

I had the pleasure of visiting the Browncoat Pub and Theatre while I was in Wilmington. I had a awesome time. Very Friendly people and I found the service to be Great. I will visit again

Cute bar for someone like me. Loved the decorations. 1 star for that.
TERRIBLE service. Worst I've ever had. The bartender didn't seem new (she knew all the regulars), so I can't blame it on inexperience. While I was waiting patiently, not only did she serve people that started waiting after me, not only did she skip right over me as she started working her way down the bar, but when I finally made eye contact with her and asked for another beer, she ignored me and went over to talk to her friends standing next to me. 10 minutes later, she finally asks if I want anything, so I asked for my tab and left.
Really sad, because I loved this place before I ever stepped foot in it.
Go if you must, but go early and take pictures and pay with cash so you can leave once the regulars show up and you get ignored.
